Under The Rose is the work of Katherine Olmstead, offering educational workshops and one-of-a-kind florals for weddings, events, and creative projects in Victoria, BC and beyond.
Rooted in sustainability and guided by nature, every piece is crafted with intention and a sense of story.
It was a busy year of workshops in 2025–2026, and I’m already looking forward to what’s in store next. I have one upcoming demonstration on the calendar, with more workshops, collaborations, and creative gatherings to come.

Katherine (she/her) acknowledges with respect the Lekwungen peoples, on whose traditional territory she lives, nature she creates with, as well as the Songhees, Esquimalt, and WSÁNEĆ peoples, whose deep connections to this land continue to this day. She is grateful for the opportunity to create, teach, and share her passion for floristry both locally and wherever her work takes her.
